2009 - a feels like Jura & Franche Conte dinner featuring oven baked Mont D'Or - the wine spent 24 month in old barrels and stirred regularly - a wine well balanced with much freshness and character and a slight salty breath note, ( food & wine pairing would rate the maximum) I should have bought a bigger bottle 😋👏
