Côte-Rôtie Syrah

Lots of smoked meat, black olive, the tertiary flavors are there. Fruit is in the background and fading. Still plenty of acidity. Drink up

It's lost some youthful verve but I liked it a lot

Savory and salty, like a pigs blood chip, but in a good way
