this way to euphoria --> Batard's succulent pastry-wrapped beef tenderloin with a spicy lil' number from #Burgundy - medium-bodied with a whoosh of Asian spices. Great length, w enough structure for many years ahead

Good, but the fruit was already starting to subside... DRC should equal "Drinking Recreationally & Continuously"!

Excellent example of DRC with Asian spice beautiful balance between red and black fruits. Not a demanding finish. Also whilst we popped and poured and drank over the next two hours it does not feel like this wine has much gas left! So drink up! It’s not a 1993 or 1999!
