A Saint-Joseph party 🎉🍷wine! Wildly smellicious. Bloody animal carcass, pink grapefruit rind, uncracked peppercorns, cracked stones, hint of milk chocolate. Smooth, velvety soft, and gluggable texture. Not super concentrated, but plenty flavorful enough. Blood-soaked salty rocks, peppercorns, and some alien form of wild dark berries. No structure for aging, but funky fun right now.
