Sharp and tart with a blast of mineral at the end. Delicious with a lobster and a few oysters.

Exactly what I look for in a Muscadet. Just the slightest effervescence compliments smooth citrus. Also offers a hint of blood orange on the nose. Smooth and easy. No powerhouse here, but that’s never what I expect from this breed of Loire white.

Crisp, mineral, saline, touch of yeastiness round fragrant. Citrus, with some stone fruit. Rounder, saltier, yeastier Sancerre.

Crisp, mineral, saline, touch of yeastiness round fragrant. Citrus, with some stone fruit. Rounder, saltier, yeastier Sancerre.
Great acidic and mineral structure, the fruit has a real volume and is in total balance with the minerals and acids. The aromatic range spreads a wide spectrum with no highlighting, its dynamic expression is not compromised, the architecture has a genuine depth and dimension. The mineral resolution is lower than those from the limestone terroir but it has an airy bloom that lifts the whole structure to another dimension.
