From a premier cru vineyard slightly north west of the grand cru vineyard and climats. It's really good, but in the gob it's note quite my style of of high acid, bracing Chablis; this is full bodied Chablis with soft, rounder acidity. Nose of white button mushrooms, white flowers, chestnuts, squeeze of lemon, beeswax, white peach and peach skin.

Apple blossom, lemon and fresh daises. Back end hazelnut, bread dough, oyster shell and sea mist. Went perfectly well with my wife’s linguine and clams. Bon Apetit😘

2014. Tight & closed. Too young to reveal much beyond lemon/ citrus aromas, short finish lacking a middle.
