Rouge Frais Impérial Sciacarello

A bit of air to calm down, then blooms gloriously. Flowers, strawberries, minerals, terrior in spades. Open for 3 days, changed every day. Best under $30 red wine I've found this year.

Think burgundy lightness & complexity, with fleurie minerality, bandol rosé freshness, and add a whif of strawberries

Tart, perfumed, light, and electric. Gracious in every way. Crushed flowers, macerated cherries, strawberries, rocks, juniper and lovely sweet spice notes. A true pleasure to drink and a great partner for the table.

One of the best wines I have enjoyed this year. Another great gem from the Kermit Lynch collection. Serve it chilled with pasta or pizza. Excellent!
