Ooooooooh baby 😍 what a fun treat. Soulful, carrying a sense of adventure to it that Corsican wines have. Baked cherry and plum, lavender pastilles, mocha, leather, bitter cocoa, ceylon cinnamon, scrubland, white pepper. Acid is still fresh and carries the wine, tannins are resolving but have not lost their rustic charm. Great find. 70 SCI 30NIE

Simply amazing. Sagey garrigue flavor but a delicate ethereal wine. How both get in a bottle is a mystery to me.

Sciaccarellu and Niellucciu from Corsica. Very bright and fresh, with dark fruit and quick tannins. Fairly light bodied, which is great for this Asian food.
