Intense and somewhat peculiar nose. Every white flower imaginable and lychees (it almost flirts with Gewurz in an odd Granny's perfume kinda way). Sorts itself out on the palate with great minerality and characteristic Touraine notes.

2014 - This is a Touraine that grips you in a way that few Sancerre's or P-Fume's under $20 could ever hope to do. Aromatics leap out of the glass: cut grass, overripe lemon, white flowers, and sage, sage, SAGE! Tear-jerking acidity is balanced with a deep, mushroom slightly umami palate with grapefruit rind and floral finish. Stock a fridge full of this 2014 and you'll have endless dinner combinations!

Nice minerals, floral, definitely a Sauvignon Blanc but a bit of an odd one. Had only a glass, would definitely buy a bottle.
