2010, Domaine AuxMoines, Savennieres- Roche Aux Moines, Chenin Blanc. Tart apple, pear and a little Myer's lemon. Acid and minerality. 14.5 alcohol but so well balanced I didn't notice. A hint of oxidation but a wine that I will definitely buy again.
