Nice minerality and fruit, a bit of dough, and a lot of acidity. A refreshing drink on its own but not much personality to it.

We got 16 bottles. Poured 12 on the pairing menu this weekend. This wine is going to be good for a long time. A blend of 4 vineyards, direct press to barrel, 4&5 yr old barrels, 20-23 months on lees, no battonage, unfined & unfiltered.
