2022/1. Very good - more rich and “serious” than in the past, it seems. Burnished fruit and mineral intensity.

2021/9/18-19 as an aperitif, etc. At the moment, this feels more primary and less layered than the Clous Aime - I’d be interesting to try it again in a couple of years.
