Medium straw colour . Fine , constant perlage . Brioche , confit lemon and jasmine, ginger notes . Fills out well on the palate with those candied lemon , brioche notes , lots of backbone and intensity . Mineral fresh acidity . Still quite young , so probably even better in 5 years and will last a further 5-10 years
