Very light apricot and vinegar with hamster foot stinky-poo. Smells like a sessionable sour masterpiece. Almost a raw butternut squash note in there too. ZING! Soooo tart. Remember Zots? Like Zots in a can with an extended yeasty/funky finish. Was IN LOVE at first, but after a while the extreme sour got to be a little too much. Overall: I will be very happy to drink this again
