Oh god, this is heaven. If it had a touch more grapefruit to it instead of lemon/lime/orange, I would swear this was high-end Sancerre. Beautiful delicate fruit, present yet integrated white stone minerality, and perfect acidity make this the best SB I've had from Napa in ages.

Lots of lipid notes for an SB: candle wax, lemon curd, grapefruit beurre blanc. Totally opulent but not out of whack. A testament to 50+ year-old vines? Quite possibly...
