Another standout today. Interesting chardy, sporting some Raveneau-ish cheesy funk. Rich palate, balanced by good acidity. Lactic finish. Need to revisit this cuvee, and try the Calcaire too. Hear it's good.

From the notes, this was made with great care using your standard good winemaking techniques - picked early to retain acidity and finesse, inert press, only the "heart" the juice taken, barrel ferment, controlled new oak use (25%), mix of yeast (arguably a portion of indigenous yeast), fortnightly battonage, slow full malo.
