Dec 4th, 2015Opened up with smell of lavender, bacon bits, leather, white pepper and clove, vivid purplish burgundy color, tasty tannin with hint of tobacco, vanilla, black cherry and raspberry jam, balanced acidity, round and long finish, lovely Syrah!
