Top Notes For
Flora Bokma

This wine MUST be opened awhile before drinking! If you sip too quick, it is fizzy and disappointing. But given those minutes to relax and breathe, the wine becomes smooth, almost creamy, like a lotion for the soul. Ha! That perhaps goes too far, but it does evolve beautifully. The characteristic dark cherry is on the nose. Appears as a rusty burgundy in the Riedel glass....a fine glass enhances the experience, and I am not even a Riedel salesperson! Dark cherry velvet buttered dirt is what I am tasting. I like it!
