Man, this is a great wine for the money. With or without a meal, it is smooth and tasty. The initial bouquet is just as good as the finish. We love this wine all the time. So smooth and savory.

Very thin, light body. Sour up front and dry cotton mouthy leave. Definitely an $8 bottle of wine. Might go good with breakfast meats...?

"The Original DARK HORSE Pinot Noir, California, 2014." Bought at Safeway in DC. We used it for making red wine dijon glaze for steak, and drank the rest of the bottle with dinner. Great cheap wine for cooking and drinking.
