Always a go-to, but this vintage is a little disappointing. Deep color and body richness are typical of Cune (and evocative of Tavel), but this lacks "umph". Lacks fruit intensity, refreshing acidity, or length. Fair enough and a reasonable pair for rich, roasted, and herbed dishes.
