Even though I am a red wine person, I didn't like this wine at all. It tasted terrible to me. I won't buy this brand again.

Hmmmm...Red Velvet by Cup Cake Vineyards. Who knows what varietals lurk within this blend. The label mentions chocolate and mocha and raspberries (and I could taste that to some extent) so we decided to pair it with some sweet-savory bacon-wrapped dates. It turns out to be a passable red table wine (and the pairing was nice) but it's pretty pricey to be just passable. But that's the cool thing about a bottle of wine... you never know what you're going to get!

Rich. Cherry. Mocha.

Smooth and a bit bold.

Generic. Easy to drink.

Sweet. As I drink down the bottle it gets better with every glass.

Um...not for me. Love cupcake wines but wasn’t a fan of this one.

Decent blend. Jammy, fruity, cherry, slight mocha. Not bad!

Smooth and fruity red blend. Not my top choice but I enjoyed it. I forget the vintage, but I first tasted it in March 2017.
