Cruse
Demi-Sec Blanc de Blancs

Star bright clear beige. Fine bubbles with rapidly dissipating white mousse. Clean nose of green apple and honeysuckle. Nectar of honeysuckle leads into juicy green apple on the palate. Light body. Bright acidity throughout (natch) and a medium, slightly dark (but not too dark… it’s blanc de blancs after all) finish. need a good sparkling for the gang? This one (or its Brut or Dry Rosè siblings) will fit the bill quite nicely. As a sipper, with a meal, or in your favorite brunch cocktail they will satisfy all. Outstanding QPR at around eight bucks.
