Ruchè. The mysterious other grape from Piedmont. This 2013 was fresh with gripping acidity before the fruit arrived on a bed of soft tannins. A versatile, enjoyable bottle. Have you tried Ruchè yet?

Savory, black pepper and white pepper, red cherry, raspberry, violet, bouquet of garni, steel, earthy, irony, medium plus tannin. Beautiful aftertaste. Floral notes appears in the mouth. It's lingering on the mouth. Very nice wine and It's a food wine too.

Rustic and borderline harsh - not one of my faves. Enjoyed Ruche from another producer but this one was unbalanced with a muted nose of red fruit, had some pepper & Earthy notes, but was shy about it. Finish was full of acid and somewhat astringent

Fascinating. Aromatic, acid entrée goes right into bright tobacco-accented cherry. Slightly astringent finish, which somehow remains attractive. Like a perfume that changes gears into something unexpected.
