If you want a BIG cab, this is it. Full of flavor, rounded tannins, nothing delicate here

Great nose, old world. Delish.

Decanted for 5 hours on a lazy Saturday. It needed it. Good wine 91 - 92. For the price, I may choose differently given the choice between this and say a Shafer 1.5.

Oak and cedar and leather, mild red fruit. Soft. Smooth. Velveteen. Dark and heavy mouthfeel.

Leather on the nose, fruit forward but not overpowering. Yummy.

One of my favorite Napa Cabs. Nose pops with bright red fruit, wildflowers, perfume, and dust. Big fruit on the palate with a nice burnt Carmel finish. All that and a peel off label if you're feeling stupid. Good price too.

Another excellent example.

Eh. It's good, not $100 good though. It's balanced and the tannins are soft. But it's not that Big Bang drag me out by my pant legs big that I like in century-level Cabernet.
