This bottle freshened up in the decanter but started out with a little to much nutty character and a little to little minerality. It went well with our Dijon trout and I hope my other bottles held up better.

The Tremblay Lechet is one of the best deals I ever cases up on! A huge treat with local Dungeness, it showed fabulous, clean earth and laser like acid. So good!
