Really enjoying. Fresh and light, but with Italian flavors. Andrew says clean, nice red for a sunny day-goes great with sunshine. Bar and garden wine club.

All of the Piedmont Barbera wines are good to great with few exceptions…this one just good enough to deserve drinking. This wine is very nice, dry and balanced…uh oh…nice is not a “wine word”…but works here. A bit bright, light-medium body, good color and flavor but top of class eludes the wine…at least no “fizzle” apparent as last time.

Sep 19th, 2021Easy to drink as another rater noted...but this wine is a bit strange on the palate, has an unusual sparkle to it that almost fizzes. Another rater noted it was the stainless steel aging...that's likely it or could have been our bottle...our 2018 vintage...but nevertheless, not a good presentation of Barbera d' Asti.
