Escaladei Vi de la Vila Black Slate Priorat Red Blend

Had to come back after my first sip to decide whether I liked it—and at that point it hit me it wasn’t memorable. Objectively the alcohol is well integrated, it consistently reminds you it’s fruit profile is dark, desiccated, and sun-drenched, and isn’t on the tannic offense. It could, however, use some more acid.
