Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Named after Colene’s great granddaughter, medium Ruby with aromas of berry fruit and sweet nutty spice aromas. On the palate ripe strawberry and cherry fruit flavors with tea and licorice notes, lively acidity adding herb spices. Long finish, dry tannins that need some time, ending with bright mineral tones. Nice, but put this one in the cellar for a few years. Small production.
