Holy crap!! Near perfect in every way. Tasted this out of barrel and it blew my mind. Just as good in bottle. Heavy rose petal nose, cherry/pomegranate trees, heavy fresh fruit concentration, fresh cut cedar plank, little bit of iron and meatiness, clear cut minerality. Closest to a high end burgundy nose on a Cali wine that I have ever had. Outstanding. Stoked to have worked on this. Good job! @Ross Cobb

Medium ruby trending towards garnet. Concentrated black cherry, pomegranate, cranberry notes complemented with vanilla, baking spice, clove, mushroom, and earth notes. Acidity is still very present, retaining freshness and balance. ABV 12.5%. This wine has finesse and complexity and a long elegant finish. Yum.
