A deep/dark ruby color in glass, a cornucopia of red//dark aromas escape easily from the glass...while it appears a bit of flamboyant initially after the first splash...stiff tannins remind you of its youthfulness and for those willing to wait another 7-10 years you'll be nicely rewarded! The finish was bit shorter than I would have liked, but still a solid enough performer overall to squirrel away for the future.
