Light ruby in color with a white trim.
On the nose, clothes vanilla, red berries, strawberries and spices.
Medium bodied and elegant. Smooth on the palate with light strawberry, tart cherries, dirt, black currants, herbs, black pepper.
A little tart on the mid palate towards the finish.
Long tanninic finish and slightly tart. It has too much cloves for my preference.
It is a little out of balance still, should be better in three to five years.
Pairs Great with Italian chicken dishes.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

Cherry and blackberry. Some spice. Sweet and well integrated smooth tannins. Drinking well. Nice finish and lip smacking good.

We had the 2010 Vintage on 9/10-11/20. A very good CndP. Black cherry, plum and spice on the palate. A real good earthy spice on the bouquet. Smooth, fruit forward. Bought at the The Wine Watch

Sep 12th, 2020Needs 45 minutes of air. Also this is a good wine with noticeably high levels of alcohol (14.5%). But after the air it is well integrated, balanced, intense cherries, cassis and sweetness in the finish. There is good length and some lightness. Overall not my favourite blend but a well made CdP and a well made wine
