Bien Nacido Estate Plantings Rosé Mondeuse

Delicious little rosé for the end of summer. Med body with lots of red fruit leaping out the glass. Medium acid but a delicious glass, went nicely with spicy brined chicken off the grill.

Great if you pair it with food. Terrible by itself. Maybe I'm still learning rosé.

Very easy to drink but not a ton of personality

Blue Cheese in pink liquid form!

From a grape grown in eastern France lively acid carried strawberries all thru this dish. Yummy.

Bright, delicious with strawberry and tangerine. Perfect with a cheese burger and onion rings.
