A lovely wine paired with an outstanding gluten free vegetarian meal from the untrained chef. Notes of tobacco, chocolate and black cherry. Served in an 18th century dining room by candlelight. A memorable evening.

2010 was a great year. Dark fruit and earthy flavor. Long finish and overall delicious.

Celery, mushroom, vanilla, blackcurrant. Slightly high acidity for a Bordeaux. Decant for a least 1 hour to open it up. 2010 is a great vintage but it's not quite ready in 2017. Great but slightly overpriced for a second label.

Great balance of green pepper, spice and black fruit. Graves has always been a favorite region.
