100% Timorasso, delicious and somewhat rare as grape almost disappeared. Golden yellow color, interesting aromas of sweet stone fruits and very slight honey floral notes. On the full-bodied palate flavors of peach and very ripe apple with an oily texture. Long finish ending with fruit and honey mineral notes. Will age a bit. Very nice! Grab one if you can find it.

Another wine pitched as “this region’s answer to Chablis”. In this case, it isn’t a bad description! Crisp and has a real minerally purity. Great acid and a nice long textured finish. One to keep an eye on!
