Les Boucauds Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

This was very nice, suave and easy going.

As always this wine kicks ass. This bottle showed more striking herbal character. Lemon balm, verbena, spring flowers, jalapeño, grapefruit zest. Great mineral notes. Has lost a little freshness than the last bottle. Still has great precision and weight behind it 50/50 stainless/barrel.

This is the purest expression of ripe peaches that I've come across. Wonderful.

2007 - mineral and lush-delicious

Limestone soil. Floral and sandy nose. Hot concrete. Pretty round mid pallet.

A bit sweet, bitterness. Minerally. 2018 @380/G, Shang yin, 210404
