Amazing! Saved this for a steak dinner and it was worth the wait. The grilled tri-tip was an excellent complement. After decanting for an hour the Cabrador opened wonderfully. The muted tannins from the Cab and peppery spice notes from the Temparnillo blend perfectly. But if you are lucky enough to score a bottle of this lush and limited libation, I have a suggestion. Drink this with pan seared beets with butter, salt, and a couple drops of honey. The sweetness of the beets plays perfectly with the robust yet earthy deliciousness of this wine.
