Day 1: I like it. Doesn't make an impression on me like the other appassimento I've had. In this one, the raisin and chocolate notes are not as prominent and the wine is not sweet, unlike the other appassimento I've had (A Beautiful Waste of Time). That said, I do like it. I paired the other appassimento with chocolate and slightly sweet desserts, but this wine I think could hold its own with a meal. I will update this review when I have dinner tonight.
