Not super complex, but precisely why I love a good Muscadet; obviously young, initially wound up and seemingly one note, after just a bit of air it gets a bit fatter and sturdier, some of that creeky Loire white smell, mineral etc. This could be going somewhere nice. @Tripti Simback why does your name never come up on 'who'
