Note: There are three rankings: Grand Cru Classé, Premier Grand Cru Classé B and Premier Grand Cru Classé A, with the latter being the best. (St.-Emilion Grand Cru is an appellation, not a classification.)

Great with a black trumpet mushroom and butternut squash tart.

Just thought it would be fun to open some Bordeaux young like I don't hesitate to ope. Cali Merlot and Cabernet young. I stand corrected. This will be great in a decade or two.
