Sep 10th, 2016Light lemon, honey and chalk on the nose. Rich and round on the palate with more bright citrus on the palate. Had this with red snapper tonight, it was good as this wine gets much better with food.

Mar 27th, 2016Drinking the 2013 with grilled salmon and vegetables; great pairing! Crisp and light. Citrus comes through in bouquet strongly, and is reflected on the palate. Lavender detected on palate. Bright finish, excellent value!

Jul 6th, 2015Excellent, excellent Fume Blanc! Light, fruity, dry, and perfect! White wines don't get the praise they deserve all the time, but this one, especially for the price, has all my accolades! Perfect with seafood, pork, or a summer evening!
