2021 Chateau Simone is from just outside Aix-en-Provence (an area I know well from my cycling adventures). Jean-François Rougier is a 7th generation winemaker running Chateau Simone. This Rosé is a complex blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Syrah, Manosquin, Castet, Carignan, Cab Sauv & Muscat Noir. This is hands down the best pink wine I have ever had.

Deep ruby, strawberry fruit, orange peel, garrigue, incredibly long and complex, drinks more like a light red than a traditional Provençal rosé 🍓☀️⚡️😍
