Beautiful textbook Bordeaux of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot.
I would recommend not to decant but simply pop and pour in near future to enjoy the sweetness of fruit in this otherwise challenging vintage.

Always a great value. Hour in the decanter and this perked up with a chateaubriand and pork chop w/ clams casino.

Needs hours of air to have any integration. Ok but neither complex nor particularly interesting. Improves with air.

Surprisingly soft nose of violets with crushed blueberry. Flavors pop with a dark plum jam without any sweetness and peppercorns followed by terroir and a hint of green peppers.
