Excellent offering at 19 years! Opens with grand dried cherry and drifts into right bank earth. Baking spices. Nose outdoes the palette. Attack is soft, with some acid on the mid. Fruit is lacking to round out the too-light body. Finish consists of the remnants of long dead tannins. Worth it for the nose, but to enjoy without food this wine is hard to accept.
