Deep violet color, black currant aroma with oak flavor owned by this regional wine makes me feel robust feeling. Amazing, extremely deep and concentrated. Second glass, color is different from first glass, with garnet color. I should have to wait for more years. Merlot 50% @2100, Xwineplus, 170420-170421

Wine 3/6 in the Bordeaux second label blind tasting. Initially presented itself as Graves style give the austere vegetable profile. On the second and third pass it was more giving. This is my first experience with this wine - odd because I have had the Reserve Comtesse many times. Probably my second least favourite behind the hauts des smith.

Couleur pourpre, départ mentholées, poursuit sa lancée sur des épices sucrées, tanins murs. Au top!

Classic Pauillac; mint/herb in nose, subtle red berry aroma; Nice weight, though a bit thin. Killer for the wine list price of $150.
