Holy hell this is great. And for $15?! Bought at auction. Such awesome actually Bordeaux-esk notes. Graphite, salted game meats, stewed red fruit, granny apples. Palette is rich with some tartness but round, strong acid, fine tannins and a long finish that leaves alcohol on your breath. It's just so my thing, and this rating reflects personal opinion far more than a "objective" rating would.
