Very cloudy dark ruby - highly turbid - smells of forest floor and olives and dried flowers. In the mouth, wonderfully savory and salty flavors of cherry, cedar, dried flowers, and a bit of barnyard are juicy and bright. Powdery tannins offer a silty residue in the mouth.

PBFW Seminar. I know, I know, it's a great wine for Lebanon. Always interesting but not my thing. This was bretty, stewed and sour. Sorry fans. 😜
