Moulis en Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

QPR stunner at €13. Juicy, vivid, and brisk. Wild berry, cassis, cherry notes crash the palate using acidity as the delivery vehicle. Tasting great now, I’d say pop and pour over the next 5-10. Kind of exotic and wild, really cool stuff

Nose: Medium Intensity of Strawberry Jam.

Palate: Dry. Medium Acidity. Low Tannin. Light Body. Medium Intensity of Strawberries, Black Cherries, hints of Baking Spices. Medium Finish

10/2020. A very nice Bordeaux. Full bodied and nice on the palate. Paired well with the steak tartare and steak frites at Black Rooster.

3/2020. Big flavor and paired well with the ribeye at Black Rooster.

2/2020. Nice Bordeaux. Paired very well with the Tile Fish.

Really tasty blend, some tannins but lovely spices and cedar. Some smokiness in the nose. More savory than fruity
