Je m’attendais à ce que le vin soit beaucoup trop jeune. Au final, il l’a été, mais beaucoup plus agréable que je l’imaginais. Texture soyeuse, fruits noirs. Manque de complexité à ce stade mais un 5-8 ans encore et sera délicieux !
