Richer style than its 2010 CDP counterparts. Seems like more syrah-based style. Rich fruit on the nose with black cherries, acaí and plum continuing through to the palate. With the medium tannins, I'd give it another 8 years to come around and maybe soften a touch.

Well balanced delicous wine, tobacco leaf and acidity with some dark fruits. Very enjoyable with cheeses. Not overpowering, easy drinking and sophisticated.
