Second wine of Château La Lagune. This has definitely some of the class of the grand vin. A Margaux-like elegance, clean fruit, fresh acidity, complexity and well-integrated oak. Would merit a higher score if it wasn't for a vegetal note in the finish.

Definitely a superwell made wine. Lacking complexity, probably due to an early opening. Very enjoyable and fresh. It would get easily 94 if wasn’t for the short and harsh finish
